Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

How can talking to someone help?

During your visits with one of the mental health professionals, you can discuss mental health concerns, explore healthy coping mechanisms, and create a list of goals to improve your overall wellbeing. Our Mental health team can assist in developing pathways to heal from past traumatic events and move forward in a healthy and positive way.

Other services: Resource Brokering, barrier reduction, Advocacy, Addictions counselling/harm reduction, and Land Based healing/learning.
